Experiment 001 — pilot policy
Privacy
Demand holds the minimum information needed to procure on your behalf, and the entire business model depends on not selling it. This page says exactly what we keep and who sees it.
Who controls your information
Demand is a consumer-facing brand operated by PULSEOS LLC. PULSEOS LLC is the entity that decides how and why the information described here is used, and is the party to contact about it. “Demand”, “we” and “us” below mean PULSEOS LLC operating under that brand.
What we collect
- Your name, mobile number, email and service address.
- What you tell us you want to buy, in your own words, and the structured version of it.
- Your messages with Demand.
- Vehicles and preferences you choose to save.
- Transactions: what you booked, what you paid, and what it was compared against.
We never hold card numbers. Card details go directly from your browser to Stripe, our payment processor, and Demand stores only an opaque identifier.
Who sees it
Providers receive an anonymised scope of work: what the job is, roughly where, how many buyers, and when. They do not receive your identity or contact details while bidding. When you book, the provider you chose receives your name, phone number and service address so they can do the work. No other provider receives them.
Demand staff can see your requests and messages, because a person operates each cluster during the pilot. Sensitive administrative actions are audit-logged.
We never sell your information, and we do not run a lead-generation business. Your details are not distributed to businesses who then contact you, and we do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing.
What we never share
Your maximum willingness to pay, and any price ceiling you give us, stay inside Demand. They are your position, and handing them to a supplier would defeat the purpose of having an agent.
Processors
- Stripe — payments and card storage.
- Twilio — SMS delivery.
- Anthropic — language understanding for your requests. Messages are sent for processing; payment details never are.
- Supabase and Vercel — database and hosting.
Retention and deletion
You can delete your account from the Profile page. That removes your name, email, address, coordinates and saved card, revokes your sessions, and makes your phone number uncontactable. Completed transaction records are retained in anonymised form because we have tax and dispute obligations.
Your choices
Reply STOP to any Demand message to opt out of texts about your requests. Marketing messages are a separate program, off by default and opt-in only, and can be turned off on your profile without affecting messages about work you asked us to do. You can delete your account yourself from the Profile page. To request a copy of your data, reply to any Demand text.
