Demand

For business

Stop buying leads.
Win customers ready to buy.

A lead is a phone number someone else also bought. Demand sends you a specified job, in your area, from a person who has already said what they want and when — and asks you for one thing: your best price for that work.

  1. Qualified demand, not a lead.

By the time a job reaches you, Demand has already established what the work is, where it is, when it needs doing, and the details that change the price. You are quoting a specification, not guessing at one on a call.

  2. Sold to you and nobody else.

Demand does not sell contact details, and never sells the same request to several businesses. There is no pile. The request goes to a small set of qualified providers as an invitation to quote, and exactly one of you wins the work.

  3. You compete on the work.

Offers are compared on price, quality, reliability, availability and what is included. Win on being genuinely better at one of those, or lose to someone who is — either way you learn something a lead never tells you.

What it costs

Nothing to quote. Commercial terms confirmed before anything binds.

Demand has not published a standard rate for this category yet. A person at Demand will agree the terms with you in writing before your offer becomes binding on either of us — you will never be charged against terms you have not seen.

What Demand will not do

Sell your competitors the same request.
A request is an invitation to quote on a specific job, not a contact record. It is never resold, and no business buys the right to receive it.
Let anyone pay for a higher ranking.
Demand’s fee, and any commercial relationship, are not inputs to the recommendation score. The scoring function has no field for them — it is enforced in the code and tested in the build.
Hand you a customer’s details before they choose you.
You quote on the work. Name, address and contact details reach exactly one business — the one the customer selects — and only once they book. This protects them, and it is also why the request you receive is a real one.
Charge you for a quote, a click, or a call.
Demand is paid on completed transactions under terms disclosed to you in advance. If a job does not happen, Demand earns nothing from it either.
Publish a price you have not confirmed.
A person at Demand verifies the terms of your offer with you before any buyer sees it. Nothing you send becomes an obligation without that step.

How a job reaches you

  1. 01

Someone asks Demand for the work.

In their own words, by text or on the web. Demand establishes the specification and confirms the details that change what it costs.

  2. 02

You get an invitation to quote.

A link, no login. It states the work, the area, the window and the volume, and takes about a minute to answer on a phone.

  3. 03

    Demand confirms your terms.

A person checks the offer is real and what it includes before it reaches anyone.

  4. 04

    The customer chooses.

They see every competing offer and the reasoning behind the recommendation. If they choose you, you get their details and the job.

About a minute, and a person reads every one. There is no account to create and no subscription — approval is a conversation, not a checkout.

Where can we see your work?

A website, or a Google Business, Yelp, Instagram, Facebook or Thumbtack page. Either one is enough.

How do you provide service?
About how much new work could you take on?

A rough answer is fine — we use it to know what to send you, not to hold you to it.

One email or phone number is enough, and one link. We reply either way.
